Supporting adults with ADHD to access clarity, calm and confidence.
Whether you’ve recently discovered you have ADHD or autism, or you’ve known for years, whether you’re diagnosed officially or not, and still feel like you’re missing something — coaching helps you understand how your brain works, so you can work with it. Not against it.
At Mind Unboxed, sessions are calm, professional and built entirely around you. No overwhelming walls of text. No one-size-fits-all answers. Working with your brain, not against it, is what gives you back your energy for the things that matter most. You’ll be supported through space to think, reflect and move forward.
I don’t want anyone else to feel broken — I want to help people live their best lives.
Every session is tailored to you. I work with adults with ADHD and autism — and I draw on my own experience of both, as well as my ADCA coaching training (accredited with the International Coaching Federation), to support you in a way that actually fits your brain.
Many adults with ADHD have spent years feeling disorganised, overwhelmed or like they’re constantly failing to keep up — masking, compensating, and wondering why everything seems to take twice the effort it does for everyone else.
Coaching helps you understand what’s really going on, work with your brain’s natural strengths, and build practical strategies that stick — without the guilt, and without trying to be someone you’re not.
A late diagnosis can feel like a lightbulb moment — and an overwhelming one. Everything starts to make sense, but you’re also grieving the years you spent not knowing, and trying to figure out what comes next.
Coaching helps you process what you’ve learned, make sense of your history without getting stuck in it, build on your newfound self-understanding, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Sometimes you’ve known about your diagnosis for years, but you still feel like you’re not living the life you’re capable of — like you understand yourself better than you did, but the gap between where you are and where you want to be hasn’t quite closed.
If something still feels missing, coaching can help you identify what’s getting in the way, cut through the noise, and build a life that’s genuinely aligned with how your brain works — not a version of someone else’s.
Starting coaching can feel like a big step. That’s why everything begins with a free, no-pressure 20-minute discovery call — so you can find out what coaching is, what it isn’t, and whether working together feels right.
We spend 20 minutes getting to know each other. You tell me a little about where you are and what you’re hoping for, and I explain how I work. There’s no obligation and no pressure.
If you both feel it’s a good fit, we book your first full session. Everything is online, at a time that works for you.
Sessions are calm and structured, but flexible. We go at your pace, focus on what matters most to you, and build strategies you can actually use.
Coaching empowers you to move forward independently, knowing what works for you — although sessions are always available for a particular focus or to support new reflections.
“Before I worked with Bridget, I’d spent years thinking I just needed to try harder. After our very first session, something shifted.
For the first time, someone was actually helping me understand why my brain works the way it does — not telling me how to fix it. I came away feeling clearer and more confident than I have in years.”

Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to get to. It's not about exploring the past or treating a condition — it's about understanding how your brain works and building strategies to move forward. Therapy and coaching can complement each other, but they're different things.
You can book a session by contacting us directly via phone or email. There are more details on our contact page.
All sessions take place online via video call. They're calm, structured and built around you — no worksheets you won't look at, no homework you'll feel bad about not doing. Just a proper conversation with someone who gets it.
Sessions are currently priced at £30, deliberately kept low while I'm building my coaching hours toward my ADCA qualification. I also offer a small number of pro bono slots each month — first come, first served. Get in touch if you'd like to find out more.
Yes — this is important to me. I offer a fixed number of free sessions each month for people who need support but can't currently afford it. It's not an afterthought, it's part of how I work.
Yes, all sessions are held online via video call. This keeps things flexible and means you can join from wherever you're most comfortable — no commute, no waiting room.
Payment is taken securely online via Stripe ahead of each session or package. You'll receive a confirmation and a link to join your session once payment is complete.
The weekly packages are flexible — four sessions can be spread over six weeks if life gets in the way. The monthly support package has a three-month minimum, but if your circumstances change significantly I'd always rather have a conversation than have you feel stuck. Just get in touch.
There’s nothing to prepare. I will tell you about coaching and it’s simply a chance to chat, ask questions, and see if working together feels right.
